Lamar Tyler’s motto is, “We are the ones.” He knows Black entrepreneurs are the cornerstone of leveling the playing field when it comes to legacy and generational wealth, and that no one is coming to save us. We have to do that work ourselves.
With this knowledge, Lamar and his wife, Ronnie, have focused on strengthening Black businesses around the globe. Their digital marketing agency Traffic Sales and Profit (TSP) provides African-American businesses with solutions to drive more website traffic, convert more online sales, and increase their business profit. Since 2015, they've helped 148 businesses achieve 6 figures, 49 businesses achieve 7 figures, and 2 businesses achieve 8 figures.
In addition to the work they are doing in the community, Lamar and Ronnie have been named one of Ebony Magazine’s Power 100—a list of the top 100 movers and shakers in the Black community. This list included President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama, Will and Jada Smith, and Beyonce and Jay Z. They’ve also been selected as finalists for Black Enterprise’s Family Business of the Year and Infusionsoft’s Small Business ICON award.
Most recently the Tylers have been featured on the February 2023 cover of Black Enterprise Magazine as “New Black History” due to their efforts to “close the wealth gap through entrepreneurship.”
